What are your dispatch times?
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 to 5 working days but in many cases it will take less than this. You will receive a message from us detailing your estimated dispatch and shipping times.
Will there be customs or import charges?
International (non-UK) orders, may be subject to extra VAT or customs charges. The full cost of the product(s) is stated on the customs forms for insurance purposes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and we are not responsible for delays or costs incurred due to customs.
How are your orders packaged?
Our bears will be packaged securely in sustainable and recyclable packaging which usually consists of an outer cardboard box with brown shredded paper as an infill.
How are digital downloads delivered?
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. These files will be sent directly to your email.
