Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Exchanges and returns need to be sent back to us in the same condition as they were sent and within 30 days of delivery. You as the buyer are responsible for any return postage fees.

Please note, any items that are not returned in their original condition, you as the buyer, are responsible for any loss in value.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up until the time that it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, there is no way to cancel an order. You can, however, return your order once you have received it as explained above.
Can I return or exchange digital downloads?
No. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. However, in the unlikely event that you have any issues with your order please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
